About Us
Our camp site is nestled in the picturesque Nuy Valley, just outside Worcester in the Western Cape.
Here you will wake up to the sound of birds chirping as they celebrate a brand new day. Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee or an evening sundowner you are guaranteed to see an abundance of wildlife.
Our hiking, running and mountain bike trails will spoil you with the most beautiful flora species.
Your stand is also the perfect place to view a variety of bird species as all our campsites have a clear view of our dam. The lapa and dam is the perfect place to cool off on a hot summers day and to catch some fresh water fish species.
Dankbaar Camping is the perfect retreat for you, your loved ones and friends to reconnect and to build memories that will last for years to come.
Accommodation
Our camping sites are ideal for those looking for a close to nature camping experience.
The campsites are well grassed. They are also large enough to accommodate a motorhome. We allow 12 – 14 people per campsite depending on the stand you book.
Each campsite has their own private braai and ablution facilities.
Please note that there is no electricity available and you will have to plan accordingly.
No cutlery is provided and you will also need to bring enough fresh drinking water as the water from the tap and the dam is undrinkable.
